Once your order is confirmed, your sales receipt will be available in the following ways:

1. Email Confirmation 📧 – You will receive a receipt via email after your order is placed successfully.
2. Order History 🛒 – Log in to your RoboXCraft account, go to "My Orders", and select the order to view/download the receipt.
3. Invoice in Package 📦 – A printed invoice may be included in your package, depending on your selected payment method.

If you need to return a product, follow these steps:

1. Check Return Eligibility ✅

   • The item must be unused and in its original condition with all accessories.
   • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
   • Some items (e.g., electronic components, custom-built robots) may not be eligible for return unless defective.

2. Initiate a Return Request 🔄

   • Log in to your RoboXCraft account.
   • Go to "My Orders" and select the item you wish to return.
   • Click "Request Return" and describe the issue.

3. Approval & Return Process 📦

   • Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
   • The item must be returned within 7 days of approval.
   • You may need to ship the item back using a designated courier.

4. Refund or Replacement 💰

   • After inspection, we will process a refund or send a replacement based on your request.
   • Refunds are processed within [7] business days to your original payment method.
